I enjoyed the ssyshi offerings and the appetizer selection. The sushi was fresh abs had good flavor. Different sushi restaurants serve their handrails differently, and I'm used to the cone shaped handfuls and the roll shaped hand roll here the me off. Not a big deal it was just a little different. The spicy tuna hand roll was good. The fried rice and noodle dishes were very good and flavorful. Great drink selection.

I fell in love with their chicken fried rice. Am not a fan of Chinese restaurant. But wokano chicken fried rice is heaven on earth. Very delicious with a lot of chicken and eggs. Omg. I have come here with my husband several times, ordered through door dash. I truly recommend this restaurant. And I will keep ordering their chicken fried rice. Very delicious.

Wokcano wants to be this fine dining lounge, and on the surface it hits a lot of the right notes, but falls short in execution. The restaurant is clean, intentionally lit, clad in leather and wood. It feels nice. It's large, with a proudly displayed sushi counter. The portions are massive for entrees, the flavors are nice but safe, and the sushi is decent if a bit pricey. Nothing blew me away, but it was passable as a clearly American chain. Unfortunately the night we went the service was all over the place. We were passed between 3 servers, I think - each of us only ordered one entree, and all told, we were there for nearly two hours due to the speed of the service. It's not a bad option, especially for what is effectively mall food; it's above average in that category. But if you're not tied to being at the Santa Clarita Town Center there are many more interesting restaurants around.

My wife and I came here last night to grab dinner, Wokcano is one of my favorite place to go eat at but I haven't been to one in a while and it was my first time at this location. We also brought our baby daughter with us. It didn't take long for us to get seated near the sushi chef area. Our waitress was Natalie and she came to get our drinks and appetizers orders first. We just got soda and my wife wanted her spicy garlic edamame. She brought our drink and edamame quick. My wife ordered the Salmon and made it into a dinner meal so it would come with miso soup, salad and brown rice. I got the Mongolian beef and asked for Jasmine rice. Our food took some time to come out, the miso soup and salad came out quick. My wife like the soup but not the salad, I tried it too and they just drenched it with dressing so not good. This was when Natalie went to refill my wife drink and when she came back, it didn't taste like a coke. I tooked multiple attempts to flag her down and she didn't believe me at first that the coke tasted weird. So she didn't even take it and said she'll bring a new one and I also asked for a refill on mine. She came back and said the people in the back is replacing
